Have you ever wondered why things are bought and sold? In Heaven there is no such thing. Everything is Grace. Grace means Gift. All giving and all receiving of gifts is grace. And this exchange is wholly free - there is no cost; the price has already been paid. Of what phenomenon does this transpire? The cause and effect is God who is only Grace. Every creation of God is nothing but an expression of God in truth. Therefore, every creation of God is a Gift, only! When we are true to ourselves, then we are true to all. Then we are as we were created - in the image and likeness of God ... who is the Gift. And You and I are Gifts to each other and all!
Certainly truth is heaven, uncorrupted by the lie of sin which is rooted only in selfishness. This is the complete and total opposite of God who is unselfishness personified. Naturally, unselfishness can not reproduce selfishness ... and vice-versa, anymore than godliness can create ungodliness. Good makes good, not bad. A Good God DID NOT, WOULD NOT, and furthermore COULD NOT create sin, evil, satan. God Can Not Deny Himself ... if it were possible he would cease to be God, plain and simple!
Freely we have received, freely we give - and grace for grace!
A gift can only truly be given. Anything else and it is no longer a gift. And for that matter, the receiving of any gift is a gift - the grace to welcome a place, a home, an appreciative heart for the gift that is offered. One is not without the other. True male and true female personify such in all their orientation, in all their being. And they epitomize our Great God who has worked a great mystery, but now which is unfolded. Your Kingdom, Father, Your World Comes, Your Will Is Being Done on the Earth even as it is in Heaven. This peace on Earth and good will towards mankind is why Christ came, why he comes right now - presently, and so shortly - it is all part of the Day of the Lord ... IT IS the Day of the Lord which he has made! In this we shall be glad and rejoice. We are not to be waiting for this to happen but to hasten ( hurry, speed-up) it. ( 2 Peter 3:11-12 ). What better way for the Word of God to become real and alive in our lives than for us to show the gift of Jesus Christ, the Grace of God, working mightily in and through us, by being one with the Holy Spirit even as Jesus was. Let us not say nor think that that only happened because it was Jesus. Who are we to insult God the Creator for the creation of humanity as if he fell short somehow - as if he is responsible for the wrong, free choice of people who sin ... sin which is directly caused by the lie of selfishness which automatically leads to sin and death. This is the failure. Love is perfect - there is no more - it is everything, but there sure is less. What the Lord Jesus Christ did was to undo/destroy this work of the devil ( lived spelled backwards) and restore us to our God-given "for-given" rightful state of creation ( born-again) so we might once again get it right ( choose Tree Of Life instead) like Adam/Eve should have. But we must, each of us, choose freely and for the right reason of love, to desire entirely the fruit of the Tree of Life or the perfect way of God so that we do not utterly fall forever with no way out of the wretched curse of eternal darkness and the hellish suffering, pain, and torment of being selfish and all the unspeakable sorrow it causes. After this, there is no more excuse for us. There is no salvation from such utter despair. Does this make sense? Jesus sought to make it as easy as possible. His yoke is easy (but bondage is hard) and his burden is light (but darkness is oh so heavy).
What manner of love is this that we should be Children of God - that we can learn, and are learning, to choose to love, to be true, to be right, to be unselfishness just like our Heavenly Parents. Freedom of choice is the greatest expression of Divine Love. And so we must choose willingly, passionately, with our entire heart to love - because we not only need to love, but love to love like God. To give, to receive like God is our whole purpose. God gave us that we might give God who is everything Good. While upon this earth and in this world we are to be already like this...(not waiting for someday up yonder in heaven)...This WILL make a New Heaven and a New Earth wherein dwells righteousness even as our Lord spoke of. Life will be so different; it will be alive with the energizing spirit of grace which creates the peace that is desperately sought for. People will genuinely care for one another even as they care for themselves. All things will be held in common as it is in a family that loves one another. There will be no lack; for selfishness, which is the cause of all lack, will be lacking having been utterly destroyed and replaced by the fullness of God which overflows. This is the way it was in the beginning and the way it shall be in the end - the end of this false, fallen world. Hallelujah indeed!
Imagine the terror, the horror, of being outside of all of this. Who in their right mind would want to be cut off from this? For those who love their selfishness and thus reject the gift of salvation offered by Jesus Christ - unimaginable misery awaits...but this is their reward. They and they only bare the consequences of their decision. They would not leave the seemingly satisfying life of living it their way at the expense of others. The "me" first and foremost mentality, the self-centered, instead of unselfish God-centered existence must be completely annihilated into obliviion. We can choose to lose this for Christ's (unselfishness) sake or preserve it. But know this, that once we fully understand the foolish futility of such, and harden our hearts to the call, the cry of the Holy Spirit to escape the destruction of evil that is to come, there is no place to go.....there is no relief for those who "love" the selfish way, who desire to be ruled and reigned over by the false deception a black existence apart from the light of Christ seems to enticingly provide. What does it profit a man if he gains the whole world ( in a selfish manner ) but loses his own soul (self-person) forever? This is why the scripture says to buy the truth. Only then will we possess something of real, lasting value; only then will we have something to truly sell. And what price is required? Just the offering of our whole person that we might free those to whom we have been sent, to those who have mistakenly believed that they have nothing by which to obtain such glory or who blindly are persuaded that their fool's gold is the real thing. Let us only seek to purchase and provide those things that have everlasting value; then will we have things as we ought to have them and not them us! Whether Enoch, Deborah, Melchizedek, Hannah, Elisha, Ruth, Elizabeth, Stephen, the world, or life, or death, or things present, or things to come; all are your's; And you are Christ's; and Christ is God's. The Father loves the Son and has given all things into his hand; and the Son knowing that His Father had given all things to him, that he had come from God, and would return to God, and ever be with God...let this same mind that was in Christ be in Us!!!
